Ironman Wisconsin

So I did a thing.  Again.

I signed up for Ironman Wisconsin.

The next 10 months will be another exercise in laser-like focus and commitment...and wearing spandex for uncomfortable amounts of time.

I will not go so far as to say I am trying to do pull off this Ironman with minimalist training, but here is my approach:

1. Bike Hard and Often
2. One Long Ride per week once I hit late spring
3. One Long Run per 10-14 days
4. Swim as much as I need to not die
5. Take care of the little things that are really big things (food, sleep, strength, mind)

Everything else will take care of itself.  I think.
